As Director of Performing Arts at the Cleveland Museum of Art, Gabe is responsible for booking CMA’s flagship programs, including monthly dance parties (MIX), the annual global music festival (Solstice), and the museum’s summer international music series (Ohio City Stages). In addition, he is in the process of reinventing a robust performing arts program that includes music, dance, and film performances in the museum’s collection galleries, restaurant, Transformer Station gallery, and community art center. His goals are to reach a wider audience, diversify programming, make CMA more accessible, and establish CMA as a destination for performing arts.
