“Fast-rising jazz musician Yoni Mayraz presents his fiery new album ‘Dybbuk Tse!’ on Astigmatic Records. Yoni combines jazz with 90’s hip hop, breakbeats and Middle Eastern sounds to create new hybrid forms.
Since he burst into the new jazz scene in 2020, Mayraz has collaborated with British label ‘Village Live’, UKG legend EL-B, and performed at international venues and festivals. His new album, to be launched in a European tour this fall, has gained plaudits around the world and was one of Bandcamp’s best selling jazz albums in 2023.
